苏赢,电子科技大学物理学院研究员。2013年毕业于北京师范大学,获得学士学位。2017年毕业于香港科技大学,获得博士学位。2018年至2024年在美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室和德克萨斯大学从事博士后研究。2024年加入电子科技大学物理学院,任研究员。主要从事凝聚态物理理论研究,聚焦自旋电子学与磁子学,拓扑和关联体系的量子输运、无序系统的局域化相变等。
报告摘要
Surface acoustic wave has recently emerged as an efficient methodto manipulate the quantum materials, leading to various novel effectsIn this talk, we propose to realize the quantum nonlinear Hall effect andthe inverse Faraday effect through the acoustic wave in a time-reversalinvariant but inversion broken Dirac insulator, We focus on the acousticfrequency much lower than the Dirac gap such that the interbandtransition is suppressed and these effects arise solely from the intrinsicvalley-contrasting band topology. The corresponding acoustoelectricconductivity and magnetoacoustic susceptibility are both proportionato the quantized valley Chern number and independent of thequasiparticle lifetime.We also discuss about the nonlinear magnon spinHall effect driven by surface acoustic waves in a g-wave altermagnet.acoustoelectric andOur results unveil the nonlinear topologicalacoustomagnonic responses in Dirac materials.
